Covers with books (17) – ‘Bizarre Books’
Was in het vorige bericht sprake van boeken met curieuze titels, deze mooie omslagen zijn van een boek van Russell Ash en Brian Lake, Bizarre Books, dat nog wat verder gaat.

De eerste druk van het boek verscheen in 1985. De afbeeldingen hierboven zijn van de paperback versie van Pavillon Books in 1998 (links) en de paperback van Harper Collins uit 2007 (rechts).

Vóór u denkt ‘wil ik hebben’, kunt u even in het boek kijken bij Harper Collins. Deze versie is qua vormgeving toch redelijk saai.
Bij de jongste druk van het boek met de titel ‘Fish Who Answer the Telephone and Other BIZARRE BOOKS’ wordt vermeld dat het 48 pagina’s met illustraties in full color bevat.
