Vandaag werd deze nieuwe online exhibition breed aangekondigd in The European Library Newsletter. Nou daar ga je natuurlijk eens even voor zitten. Het is ongetwijfeld allemaal heel goed bedoeld, maar ik vind het toch een behoorlijk moeizaam gebeuren, om als ‘moderne’ digitale reiziger je weg te vinden in deze ’tentoonstelling’. Het doorklikken naar ‘view content’ stuurt je naar de website van een van de deelnemende bibliotheken, met zijn eigen vorm van presentatie, of zelfs een simpele titelbeschrijving, zoals bij onze Koninklijke Bibliotheek.
In de nieuwsbrief staat bij ‘de videocorner’ de tekst: Play the video and enjoy the exhibition highlights in just two minutes…
